Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

We invite you to experience a transformative group led by a licensed mental health therapist to support an improvement in your mental health.

Please join us at the GREENHOUSE at Secret Garden to experience a healing innovative therapeutic approach using the legal, safe, and gentle medicine of Ketamine to engage in a transformative therapeutic group experience.

This intimate group of four participants will be supportively led by Michelle Gutierrez, a licensed mental health therapist combining the use of the medication ketamine with traditional psychotherapy techniques in a safe and supportive setting.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality that is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible participants experience a breakthrough in your mental health.

What is Ketamine?

Ketamine is a legal, safe and effective medicine used to treat a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety and PTSD.

Ketamine has a rapidly-acting antidepressant and mood-enhancing effect, which will last for approximately 45 minutes.

  • IPreparation sessions are like regular therapy sessions prior to the KAP dosing session. The goal of a preparation session is to align on the process and set intentions for our KAP sessions together.

An integration session is key to all psychedelic journeys to help anchor any insights and bring whatever was gleaned into concrete reality. Together we will review the memories, thoughts, & insights that arose during your dosing session, and to bring closure to your group experience. We wil process verbally and externally symbolizing through journaling, drawing, and other means to  ground oneself and work more fully with the material from the journey itself. Michelle will be an ally in this endeavor and help facilitate this process with you.

    • Connection with Self at a deeper level than typically available, and this is reported to be enduring by many people.

    • Group bonding has been a feature of the KAP group.

    • Group cohesion and relationship building with like minded people is a nice natural occurrence.
