Meet Carrie.

I’ve had a lifetime passion for the healing arts and a wanderlust that drives me to learn and explore. The first step in my journey was to Karala, India, where I studied Ayurvedic medicine. I then became a CMT and, in 2010, studied Esthetics at Cinta Aveyda in San Francisco. I continue my studies and strive to always learn everything I can about skincare and waxing in all of its components. My studies have combined Eastern, Western, and Holistic approaches to skin health. I feel all styles are important to get the optimum results in keeping the mind, body and spirit healthy and happy.

Meet Jess.

I began my career in esthetics over a decade ago, which quickly inspired a curiosity of the human body and each of its’ layers and intricacies. I found a special love for waxing because it hosted a unique and sacred container for my clients, wherein we would follow each other through all life brought: love, divorce, death, birth, everything. I became a place of consistency for so many of my clients, our time together was something that they could rely on no matter what came their way. I am so devoted to this process of holding space for those who trust in me, regardless of the modality.

In 2018, I took the next step in my journey and began training at a healing arts school in Oakland, CA and began my bodywork practice in 2021. Through this, I’ve been able to provide healing modalities that reach my clients much deeper than the surface of skin. As a massage therapist, I have found an abundance of new ways to hold space for everyone to meet themselves where they are and explore their own healing. I enjoy the synergy of blending ancient Eastern practices with explorative, measurable science-based bodywork. In every session, we will check in with every part of the body (consensually) and explore ways to interact and integrate. I am proudly a forever-student, constantly gaining new skills in my wheelhouse to better hold space for all of my people and their relationships with themselves, their bodies, their pain, and their healing.
