In the lunar cycle, a New Moon is the darkest time in the sky. A moment to pause and consider what soul seeds you want to plant for the cycle ahead. On 8/25 we will honor the New Moon that resides in the sign of Virgo, where we will work to release what "should be" and make space for what is. You can expect communal journaling and intention setting to support your breathwork practice. (PS. This is the last new moon before eclipse season! A great opportunity to ground into a new chapter!)

Breathwork offers an opportunity for an active meditation using the breath to purge the nervous system of unnecessary emotional debris. Utilizing David Elliot's three part breath technique, we will activate the sympathetic nervous system to move stagnant energy and help you release strong emotions. This style of breathing moves energy out of the emotional center, into the heart to process and out of the mouth to release- in quick succession.

Loud music will be present as well as encouragement to make noise all in support of your emotional release! In this breathwork healing group, I will share energetic and new moon themes. There will also be opportunity to set intention as well as Q&A post breath practice.

All levels of experience are welcome! As this practice is intimate, space is limited!
